Rates:

$125 per night plus state and local taxes.

Hosting a small event or gathering (up to 40 people) may also be available. Tables, chairs and pavilion provided. Email for more information.

Use of the fire pit and firewood is included. Bring your own supplies.

Policies:

• Any cancellation received less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival date will be a full refund in the form of a gift certificate.

• Check in: 3pm or later

• Check out: by 11am

• Gift certificates are available

• No smoking

• No pets

• No more than 2 overnight guests. No more than 6 guests on the property unless the pavilion is rented.

• Applicable liability waivers will be signed upon arrival.

• Guests will be responsible for any damages that occur and for any items that are found to be missing.

When booking directly:

• Deposit equal to first nights stay confirms your reservation. Reservations by check are welcome and confirmed when your check is received.

• Email confirmation will be sent.

• Balance due upon arrival.
